Dakaboom is post-modern vaudeville.

One piano, two singers, three times a lady. Best friends Ben and Paul revitalize the two-man routine with a refreshing delivery of a unique brand of humor. With winks to musical theatre, hip hop, opera, electronica, pop, and a cappella, the eclectic comedy show is one that needs to be seen to be understood.

Ben McLain has made appearances on General Hospital, though he spends most of his free time in Los Angeles with electronic vocal band ARORA, featured on Season 3 of NBC’s The Sing Off under their former name Sonos. ARORA releases their debut album this July.

Actor/musician Paul Peglar has worked extensively with internet stars (Chester See, Lana McKissack, The Kloons…) and was the original piano player on the first season of Fox’s Glee. He currently spends summers as Music Director of TASIS (The American School in Switzerland) and recently shot a Comedy Central pilot with sketch trio Good Neighbor. He resides in NYC where he is embarking on several projects including the debut of an original musical this fall.
